What we need from the dentist
First we need impressions from the surgeon, both upper and lower full arch impressions.
Our diagnostic department will provide you with a simple straightforward treatment plan. This may have a few options for you to discuss with the patient in "laymans terms", allowing for a simple explanation to the patient of an approximate time of treatment and costs involved.
With the patient being aware of the financial implications and commitment involved, the first step of PerfectClear treatment would be the requirement of upper and lower silicon impressions, O.P.G and digital photographs.
Upon receipt of this material a series of K Positioners would be developed. Upon completion of development a series of 8 pack K positioners would be returned to you and the patient would then need to change them at 2 week intervals.
